By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age and are bound by these terms.
2. Service description
LIQAA provides real-time video and messaging infrastructure for digital products. Features and plans are subject to change.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Billing and payments
Paid plans renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, abusive content, or infrastructure abuse.
6. Liability limits
TKAWEN GROUP is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability equals what you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Algiers.
